Philosophy

There is no perfect method or one way to accomplish your goals. Each nonprofit possesses a unique set of assets. Whether those are financial, personnel, community support, collaborative partnerships, or combinations thereof, they all assist in getting a nonprofit where they want to go. I help nonprofits understand their current assets, draw or refine where they want to go, and create a path to garner the additional assets they need to get there.

What I offer

Culture, collaboration, and expectations are the essential building blocks for a sustainable nonprofit. I bring a wealth of understanding of how to build collaborative boards, relations between the board and Executive Director/CEO, as well as how to support staff to elevate their performance.

A sound plan can help weather the storm; How I can help

"When I became executive director of a non profit in Teton Valley in the spring of 2020, Tim was the first person I called. I was green and I needed advise and grounding. From our very first conversation, Tim was my sounding board. He listened without judgement, consistently offered sound advice and helped guide me when the path was not clear. He supported me in a way that helped me gain confidence in my own decisions and leadership abilities."

Amy Fradley, Executive Director
